Free Summer Bash Planned for Baton Rouge Students at Glen Oaks High
Featuring live music, games, face painting, snowballs, a crawfish boil, giveaways, and more.
The community is invited to celebrate the start of summer at the Summer Starts Here: End of School Bash on May 30, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Glen Oaks High School (6650 Cedar Grove Dr., Baton Rouge, LA).
This FREE event for K–12 students will feature live music, games, face painting, snowballs, a crawfish boil, giveaways, and more. Families can also enjoy free haircuts and school supply giveaways while connecting with local organizations and supporters.
Parents and community members are welcome; optional donations will be accepted. Bring a friend, bring the family, and come celebrate the beginning of summer the right way!
