Louisiana Small Businesses Endorse Bill Cassidy for Re-Election

Senator Bill Cassidy

BATON ROUGE, La. — The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), the nation’s leading small business advocacy organization, today endorsed Senator Bill Cassidy for re-election to the United States Senate.

“Senator Cassidy is a true champion for Louisiana’s small businesses,” said Dawn Starns, NFIB’s Louisiana State Director. “He understands what our members care about and has consistently stood with them, earning a 100% voting record from NFIB during his time in the U.S. Senate. That’s why we’re proud to endorse him today for re-election. Small businesses in our state need a strong supporter now more than ever, and we are confident that Senator Cassidy will continue to be just that.”

“Senator Cassidy is the advocate that small businesses in Louisiana and across the country need,” said NFIB National Political Director Sharon Sussin. “He is a leader on tax and healthcare issues, which are top priorities for small business owners. We are pleased to endorse Senator Cassidy for re-election, and we look forward to continuing to work with him.”

Bill Cassidy’s endorsement today comes from NFIB FedPAC, the organization’s political action committee. NFIB FedPAC is funded by NFIB member donations above membership dues. Decisions made by NFIB FedPAC are managed by a member-driven grassroots evaluation process. Small business owners are influential in their communities and NFIB members in Louisiana will work hard to re-elect Bill Cassidy.
