As May is Mental Health Awareness Month, let's take some time to reflect on what can be done to take care of ourselves and others that we care about.
Whether you're struggling with certain situations at home, a heavy workload or feeling overwhelmed, you should have a support group or someone that you rely on that you can talk with.
If you find that you or someone you know is contemplating taking their own life, please call the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-8255.
There will also be a live number, 9-8-8, that will go live on July 16, 2022, that will enable callers to be routed to the National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
