Join Us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with Mayor-President Broome, Other Officials
Your East Baton Rouge Parish Library is proud to announce that the Central Branch Library, 11260 Joor Road, is now an early voting site. This new early voting opportunity begins Saturday, September 28, through Saturday, October 5 (excluding Sunday), with polls open from 8:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. each day.
A special ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new early voting location will be held at the branch at 3:30 p.m. this Thursday, September 26, and will feature remarks by Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome. Secretary of State R. Kyle Ardoin, Registrar of Voters Steve Raborn and other elected officials also will be in attendance. Light refreshments will be served at a reception following the ceremony.
