Baton Rouge, LA — CareSouth is hosting 3 Back to School Healthy events to help parents prepare their kids for school in August.
The CareSouth Back to School events will take place in:
Donaldsonville - July 22nd from 11 am to 2 pm at CareSouth’s Donaldsonville clinic at 904 Catalpa St. in Donaldsonville, LA. The back-to-school event will include school supplies for kids, food box giveaways, COVID vaccinations, and much more.
Plaquemine - July 22nd from 11 am to 2 pm at CareSouth’s Plaquemine clinic at 59340 River West Drive in Plaquemine, LA. The back-to-school event will include school supplies for kids, food box giveaways, COVID vaccinations, and much more. Also, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., will provide vouchers for haircuts
Baton Rouge - July 30th from 12 pm to 4 pm at Living Faith Christian Fellowship Center at 6375 Winbourne Ave. in Baton Rouge, LA. The back-to-school event is being held in conjunction with Representative C. Denise Marcelle and will include school supplies for kids, food box giveaways, dental screenings for kids, and COVID vaccinations. Those receiving a dental screening will be entered into a drawing for a prize.
All school supplies, food box giveaways, and COVID vaccinations are available while supplies last. Parents or guardians must be present with the child for supplies, and only one bag per child will be provided.
