The Gala on the Bluff is special in the Baton Rouge community and the College of Business at Southern University and A&M College. As the college's premier scholarship fundraising initiative, this event has been vital in supporting students for over two decades. With scholarships totaling over $900,000 awarded in the past 20 years, the Gala on the Bluff has been instrumental in helping students within the College of Business realize their higher education dreams.

More than a celebration, the gala annually unites over 600 attendees with a shared mission: to support deserving students on their educational journeys. The event serves as a platform to recognize and honor students who genuinely need assistance, ensuring their academic aspirations are nurtured.
